Submission and bid security: Bidders must submit e-bids via the E-PAD portal. Tender documents are downloadable from the PPRA website and the E-PADs portal. A 2% bid security (Call Deposit Receipt / Bank Guarantee) in original is mandatory and must be physically submitted to the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes prior to the tender opening time; failure to submit the original bid security will result in rejection.
