Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed single-stage, one-envelope bids for leasing constructed shops at the Rail Market / Shops near Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Leases are offered on a PR Land basis for a one-time Premium (Non-refundable) & Advance Annual Rent for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).

- Annual rent escalation: 8% compound escalation in annual rent. - Bid documents, terms and conditions for each shop can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO head office in Islamabad or DS Office Peshawar Cantt. - Bid document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (in shape of CDR/PO) payable in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. - Bid security: separate CDR/PO for each shop in favor of REDAMCO as specified. - Bids received after the deadline or without required bid security will not be entertained. - The successful bidder shall deposit 100% of the offered one-time lease premium/accepted bid within fifteen (15) working days of issuance of the acceptance letter, failing which the bid security shall stand forfeited. - REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or abandon the process without assigning any reason.
