Tender: Improvement of Carpet Road (PCC) — Municipal Committee Khurrianwala

Municipal Committee Khurrianwala invites e-bids from contractors, firms, manufacturers or authorized dealers registered for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and registered with FBR & PRA (NTN & PNTN) for the following public works contract. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab eProcurement (EPADS) portal.

Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted online at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Submission deadline: 2026-06-27 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-27 at 10:30 AM.

Bid Security & Original Documents: A bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded with the bid documents. The original bid security instrument must also be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender title and delivered to the Office of Municipal Committee Khurrianwala before the submission deadline.

Eligibility & Procedure: Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement (e-PADS) and must hold valid registrations with FBR & PRA. Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure will be used. If the deadline falls on an official holiday, the next working day will apply. Complete bid submission must be made via the EPADS portal; incomplete proposals or proposals submitted by other means may be rejected.
