Tender: Construction of Road & Drain Works (Chief Minister Package, Quetta)

Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the following work under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Mandatory registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS) is required.

Key conditions and eligibility:

- Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bidders must be on Active Tax Payers List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency.

- Registration with Pakistan/Balochistan Revenue Authority required.

- Required experience: Completion of at least 2 similar assignments and minimum financial capacity including Average Annual Turnover demonstrated over the past 3 years (financial threshold shown in the notice).

- Required Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category and specialized codes: CE09(1) (Sewerage works), CE10(1) (General Civil Engineering Works), CE01(1) (Road & Pavement) or equivalent as specified.

Fees, security and document access:

- Tender processing fee: PKR 1,000.

- Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, payable in the name of the undersigned.

- Tender documents are available and must be obtained/ downloaded electronically via the e-Procurement system; bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard.
