NHF-Housing (Pvt) Limited (a project of National Highway Foundation) will hold its 4th Annual General Meeting for shareholders on 4 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at NHF Housing Scheme (Near Shiala), Zone-V, Islamabad.

Agenda highlights include confirmation of previous minutes; approval of audited accounts for the financial years ended 30 June 2023, 2024 and 2025; appointment of auditors/chartered accountant firm for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27; and special business concerning expenditure for transfer of swapped land (Block-D), revision of the Layout Plan for Blocks A, B & C and obtaining NOC from the Capital Development Authority.
