Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for provision of armed security services for WASA installations located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for the contract period 2026-08-01 to 2027-07-31 (extendable subject to performance).
The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement (e-PA) system, registered with FBR and the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) as active taxpayers, and submit a bid security (deposit) of Rs.100,000. Bids are to be submitted and opened on 2026-07-25 (submission up to 11:00 AM; opening at 11:30 AM) in the office of the Director (Administration), WASA Rawalpindi.
