Karachi Institute of Power Engineering (KINPOE) invites applications for its one-year Past Diploma Training Program (PDTP) to train Diploma Holders and Science Graduates for Associate Engineer roles. Training will be conducted at KINPOE (Karachi) and CHASCENT (Mianwali). Eligible applicants are Pakistani/AJK nationals with a three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (minimum 60% in SSC and DAE) in approved technologies or a two-year B.Sc./Associate Degree in Science (minimum 60% in SSC/HSC) in Physics/Chemistry with relevant subjects. Selected trainees receive a monthly stipend (approx. Rs. 31,320), limited hostel accommodation, and transportation/medical support.
