The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)–registered bidders for multiple construction and renovation works at the FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad, including construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms, façade and block works, renovation of the main block, cafeteria and academy facilities. Bidding will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 electronic procurement system.
All bids must be submitted electronically with required bid security under the single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules and CDA procurement guidelines. Submission and opening are scheduled for 2026-07-29 (submission starting at 11:00 AM; openings scheduled at various times between 11:30 AM and 02:30 PM by lot).
