SECP — Joint Director & Deputy Director (Human Resources & Training) Vacancies

Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) is seeking Islamabad-based contractual appointments in its Human Resource & Training Department for the positions of Joint Director (O-1) and Deputy Director (O-1).

Required: Master's (16 years) in HR/Business Administration/Public Administration/Organizational Psychology or related discipline; Joint Director: minimum 10 years progressive post-qualification HR experience with managerial exposure; Deputy Director: minimum 6 years relevant post-qualification experience (compensation & benefits, payroll, HR operations); professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, CIPD) and CA/ACCA/ACMA for Deputy Director desirable. Maximum age 45 years. Appointments are contractual for three years (extendable).
