SECP Recruitment — Joint Director & Deputy Director (HR) — Islamabad (Contract)

Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications from high-calibre HR professionals for Islamabad-based contractual positions in the Human Resource and Training Department: Joint Director (1) and Deputy Director (1). Required qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in HR Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Experience requirements: Joint Director — minimum 10 years of progressively responsible post-qualification HR experience; Deputy Director — minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Age limits are specified for each post (Joint Director: maximum 45 years; Deputy Director: maximum 40 years).
