CDA Invitation to E-Bid — Construction & Renovation Works at FIA Headquarters, Islamabad (Closing 2026-07-29)

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for multiple construction and renovation works at the FIA Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0.

Key procurement details: Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure using Least Cost Selection (LCS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules. Bidding documents, specifications and forms are available for download on EPADS (https://epads.cda.gov.pk). All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online. Each bid must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order/Bank Draft/Call Deposit as applicable).
