PPHI-Balochistan Tender: Civil Works for Basic Health Units (BHU) in Pishin — Bid Deadline 2026-07-30

People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan invites sealed tenders for major and minor civil works at selected Basic Health Units (BHUs) in District Pishin. Tender fee for each lot is Rs.2,000. Key dates: Pre-bid meeting 2026-07-20 at 14:00; bid submission deadline 2026-07-30 at 11:00; bid opening 2026-07-30 at 11:30; technical opening 2026-07-30 at 12:00. Financial opening will be communicated after technical evaluation.

Submission and eligibility details:

- Bidders must be FBR/BRA active taxpayers (companies/firms/individuals) and meet the specified eligibility and technical requirements.

- Each bid must include separate technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. Financial proposals must include bid security equal to 2% of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan (enclosed with the financial proposal).

- Tender documents and detailed scope of work for each lot may be downloaded from the PPHI-Balochistan website or obtained from PPHI Head Office. Tender fee must be submitted as required.

- Bids must be submitted directly to PPHI Head Office by the stated deadline. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation; financial opening date/time will be communicated later.

- PPHI-Balochistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process at any time without assigning any reason.
