Tender: Framework Contracts for CSSD Consumables & Lab Kits/Chemicals — Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad

Medical Superintendent, Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology (CPEIC), Wazirabad invites sealed bids for annual framework contracts for supply of hospital items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab PPRA rules.

Submission requirements and conditions:

• Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab PPRA 2014.
• Bid language: English. Bids must include bid security in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order as specified in the bidding documents, payable at Wazirabad.
• Samples: Samples of all quoted items must be provided at the time of bid submission or within three (3) days of opening, otherwise the bid may be rejected.
• Bid validity: Quotes must remain valid until 2027-06-30 (as stated).
• Costs: CPEIC Wazirabad will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids.
• If the closing date is a public holiday or the office is closed, submission/opening will be moved to the next working day.
