PPHI-Balochistan Tender: Civil Works for Basic Health Units (Phase V, 2026)

People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) — Balochistan invites sealed tenders for major and minor civil works for multiple Basic Health Units (BHUs) under Phase V (2026). Separate proposals are required for each lot. A non-refundable tender fee and bid security are mandatory as described below.

Key deadlines and events:

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-20 at 02:00 PM.

- Bid submission last date and time: 2026-07-29 at 11:00 AM (bids to be submitted directly to the Head Office, PPHI-Balochistan).

- Technical proposals opening: 2026-07-29 at 12:00 PM.

- Financial proposals opening: Date to be communicated after technical evaluation.

Submission and eligibility details:

- Each lot must be bid separately with separate Technical and Financial proposals placed in separate envelopes.

- A separate non-refundable tender fee (as listed) must accompany each lot's proposal.

- Bid Security: 2% of the bid value in the shape of a Call Deposit in favor of People's Primary Healthcare Initiative - Balochistan (to be enclosed with financial proposal).

- Proposals must include company profile and required financial documents as specified by PPHI.

- PPHI-Balochistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the procurement process at any time without assigning a reason.
