Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD) invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract to supply Beta Thalassaemia testing materials.

Bidders with required technical, managerial and financial credentials may submit bids. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) will be applied. Original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director General, PTGD before opening; bids must also be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System. PTGD may increase the quantity up to 15% as per PPRA rules. Taxes, duties and other applicable withholdings will apply. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
