Deputy Inspector General of Police (Operations), Lahore invites electronic bids (E-BIDS) on a framework contract basis for multiple procurement heads for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from reputable and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax.
Submission and opening: E-Bids will be received until 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All procurements will be made using the EPADS e-procurement system under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidding documents can be downloaded online from the PPRA/PPRA Punjab portals and EPADS prior to the closing date.
Key conditions: Original bid security (earnest money) equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Performance guarantee of 1% to 5% of the contract value will be applicable as per PPRA Rules. Late bids will not be allowed. The DIG/Operations, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
