Final Consolidated Notice for Unclaimed Dividends – PPL

Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) notifies shareholders with unclaimed dividends (over three years old) under Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017 to submit claims. Shareholders should lodge claims with the Company at their registered addresses or via the Company’s website. A Blank Claim Form is available online.

Claims must be lodged within 90 days of this notice (dated 2026-07-12). Shareholders may also contact the Company’s Share Registrar, FAMCO Share Registrar Services (Pvt.) Ltd., at their Karachi office for assistance. After the 90-day period, any remaining unclaimed dividends will be dealt with in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017 and related government arrangements.
