Invitation for Bids — Bulk Purchase of Medical Gases, Lab Kits, Reagents & Store Items — Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan

Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan invites e-Bids for the bulk purchase of medical gases, laboratory kits, chemicals & reagents, printing, stationery, other store items, bedding & clothing, and X-ray, CT scan and MRI films for the financial year 2026–2027. Procurement will be conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with applicable Punjab procurement regulations.

Eligibility & submission method: Bidders (manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers or registered firms) must be registered on e-PADS and with relevant registration authorities/tax departments. Tender documents, specifications and terms & conditions in English are available on the e-Punjab procurement portal. All bids must be submitted online via e-PADS.

Bid security & originals: A 2% bid security of the quoted amount is required in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft (CDR/DD/BG). Original instruments (where required) must be delivered before opening of bids.

Key dates & times: e-Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-06-30 at 10:30 AM. Online opening of e-Bids will be the same day at 11:00 AM.

Other conditions: Bid validity is 120 days from the date of opening. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required unless specifically requested. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules and relevant PPRA/e-PADS procedures. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per rules.
