CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation Works in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis for multiple horticulture improvement and rehabilitation works in Islamabad. Eligible firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid registration in the relevant category with Project Code CE-10(v) for 2025-26 may participate. Electronic bidding documents, terms and conditions and bidding instructions are available on the e-Procurement System (eprocure.gov.pk) and CDA website. Manual bids will not be entertained.

Bid submission & security: Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System. Each bid must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of Deputy Director (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Scanned copies of bid security should be uploaded with the online submission; originals may be required as per bidding documents.

Opening & inquiries: Financial bids will be opened online through ePADS in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend. Project-related information may be obtained from the Office of the Director Park Division, CDA, Environment Building, 9th Avenue, Islamabad.

Eligibility & registration: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and hold valid Project Code CE-10(v) for the year 2025-26. Bidders should follow all requirements and instructions detailed in the bidding documents available on eprocure.gov.pk.
