District Council Mandi Bahauddin Pre-Qualification Notice for Contractors – New Bus Stand (Phase-III)

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. The District Council M.B.Din invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors/firms registered on E-PADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) for the year 2025-26 for execution of the scheme listed below. Pre-qualification documents with detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab eProcurement website.

Submission & opening: Applications must be submitted through E-PADS by or before 2026-07-08 at 12:00 PM (PST). Applications will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM (PST) through E-PADS in the presence of applicants or their representatives at the Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. Applicants must upload all required information, credentials and certificates as specified in the pre-qualification documents; incomplete or ambiguous submissions will not be considered.

Earnest money and CDR: Firms must upload the earnest money (5% of the estimated/bid cost) in the form of CDR in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
