National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications for the post of Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director Operations & Construction (Dir O&C) on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years. The role reports to the Foundation's leadership and will provide executive oversight of operational coordination, performance monitoring, project execution, and implementation of strategic initiatives including supervision of the Construction Directorate.

| Minimum Qualification | Minimum sixteen (16) years education from an HEC-recognized institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, ACMA, CFA, PMP or equivalent are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum fifteen (15) years post-qualification experience with at least ten (10) years in senior leadership roles (e.g., COO, CFO, Director Operations, General Manager). |
