National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director Operations & Construction (Dir O&C) on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years. The post will provide executive leadership for operational coordination, performance monitoring, project execution, oversight and implementation of strategic initiatives across NPF’s multiple businesses and the Construction Directorate.

| Preferred Certifications | Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, ACMA, CFA, PMP or equivalent |
| Age Limit | Maximum 45 years as on 2026-06-20 |
Key responsibilities include operational oversight and coordination of NPF businesses; implementation of strategic plans and organizational objectives; leadership of the Construction Directorate under direct supervision; financial management and efficiency; performance monitoring, evaluation and operational efficiency enhancement; resource optimization and cost control; and business growth and revenue enhancement initiatives.
