Issuer: National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL). NPPMCL invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage the company’s power generation operations, ensure good governance, operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Position	Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities	Provide strategic leadership and direction in line with the company’s vision and goals. Introduce innovative measures to improve operational efficiency in compliance with regulatory frameworks. Ensure robust governance, transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of power plants and develop/implement business plans in line with government energy policies. Liaise with Ministry of Energy, NEPRA, CPPA-G and other stakeholders; implement Board decisions and ensure timely reporting. Oversee operational expenditures and proactively manage financial, operational and legal risks. Develop and execute effective HR strategies.
Minimum Qualifications	Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following or equivalent: Business Administration Public Administration Marketing Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics) registered with PEC Finance Commerce Or equivalent discipline; membership of a recognized professional accounting body is acceptable where applicable.
Minimum Experience	At least 10 years of senior management experience in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing, or related fields in commercially oriented organizations; OR Proven experience as a Chief Executive or at senior management level in organizations with commercial attributes; OR Experience at the level of a governing body member of a professional institution or as head of department.
Other Requirements & Terms	Must satisfy the Fit & Proper Criteria under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Strategic foresight, regulatory acumen, strong communication and interpersonal skills; leadership, team building and change management capabilities. Appointment on a performance-based contract for three (03) years, extendable at the Board’s discretion. Maximum age: 55 years on the closing date.
