E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — TMA Razmak (EPADS)

Tehsil Municipal Administration Razmak invites e-bids for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Funding is from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement will follow KPPRA Rules 2014 under the single-stage, two-envelope (technical and financial) method via the EPADS portal.

Items required:

Eligibility: Well reputed and experienced Manufacturers / Fabricators / Suppliers / Firms having NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and a sales, service & spare-parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Note: the chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA.

How to apply / submission: Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS supplier portal: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/N/supplier/registration. E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 2026-07-09 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of technically responsive proposals will be opened later; the time, date and venue will be communicated to qualified bidders via the provided email address.

Bid security: Original 2% (two percent) of the total bid price in the form of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Hangu" must be sealed in an envelope, marked accordingly, and reach the procuring office before the closing date and time.

Other conditions: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) will apply as per government rules. All rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with supply/delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase Order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders per KPPRA Rules.
