NESPAK Tender: Procurement of Office Equipment for Punjab Site Offices — E-Bids Due 2026-06-29

Issuer: National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK). NESPAK invites e-bids for the procurement of office equipment for its site offices located in various districts of Punjab. Authorized distributors, manufacturers, and general suppliers may submit bids for the listed lots under one contract.

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Deadline: bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-29 up to 11:00 A.M. Opening: bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of parties who choose to attend.

Eligibility & conditions: Bids will be considered only from authorized distributors/manufacturers/general suppliers that meet the required eligibility criteria and specifications. Late bids or bids not fulfilling eligibility/specification requirements will not be considered. Payment will be made after deduction of all applicable taxes as per prevailing government laws. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
