Eight individuals (Mr. Tariq Saeed Saigol, Mr. Saeed Tariq Saigol, Mr. Waleed Tariq Saigol, Mr. Daniyal Taufeeq Saigol, Mrs. Jahan Ara Saigol, Mr. Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Mr. Muhammad Sher Zaidy, Mr. Zulfiqar Mino) will be considered elected as directors for the next three years without contest, as the number of submitted intentions did not exceed the maximum allowed by the Board under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act 2017.
