Fill out the Tender Form/BOQ, upload a clear scan copy through EPADS, and submit bids in a sealed envelope with mandatory documents including Tender Form, BOQ, BSDs, CNIC copy, Enlistment & Renewal Copy of Local Council Board, NTN/Income Tax certificate, valid PEC License, and Active KPRA Registration.

Notes
Tenders are invited for various construction and repair works based on MRS-2025 using a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Bid security and additional security will be retained until contract award or bid validity. Bids are valid for 120 days. Work orders are subject to fund availability. Quoted rates must be clear; incomplete or overwritten bids will be non-responsive. All taxes and duties are recoverable. The department will not provide machinery/testing. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids as per KPPRA Rule-47. Bidders cannot withdraw bids after closing time. False or inaccurate information will lead to disqualification.
