How to Apply
Download tender documents from EPADS website (portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk) or KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Fill out the Tender Form/BOQ, upload a clear scan copy through EPADS, and submit the original sealed envelope with all mandatory documents (Tender Form, BOQ, BSDs, CNIC, Enlistment & Renewal Copy of Local Council Board, NTN/Income Tax certificate, PEC License, KPPRA Registration) via courier to the office of TMA Pattan by the deadline.

Notes
Online bids without falling bids will be void. Bid securities must be Call Deposit Receipts. Earnest money and additional securities as per KPPRA 22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. Bidders must enter bid security details in EPADS and submit them before closing time; these will be retained until contract award or bid validity. Faxed or hand-delivered bids are not accepted; use registered mail/courier. Contractors or representatives may attend bid opening. Bid security must be prepared after NIT publication. Tie-breaks will be decided by free toss. Quoted rates must be clear in words and figures; incomplete/overwritten bids are non-responsive. All federal/provincial duties, stamp duty, and taxes apply. The department is not bound to provide machinery/testing labs. Bids may be rejected per KPPRA Rule-47. Bidders can withdraw bids before closing time but not after. False or incomplete data will lead to disqualification. Bids are valid for 120 days. Any additions to NIT terms will follow KPPRA Rules. Work orders are subject to fund availability.
