GIKI Tender: Supply & Fixation of Wooden Almiras

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), Topi, Swabi (KP) invites sealed bids under Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure for supply and installation of wooden almiras.

Eligibility: Reputed furniture manufacturers with proven experience in manufacture, supply and installation of similar furniture; registered with relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Tender fee (non-refundable): Rs. 3,000/-. Earnest money: 2% of total bid cost. Bidding documents with specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or collected personally from GIK Admin Block, Room F-12.

Submission deadline: Sealed bids complete in all respects with required documents and earnest money must reach by 15:00 Hours on 2026-07-02. Bids will be opened at 15:30 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders.

The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the tender at any time before award without assigning any reason.
