The Military Estates Officer, Rawalpindi Circle notifies that SD House No. 22 (2,812.5 sq ft) situated at Morgah, Rawalpindi, held on lease under Sch. DX-8 of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Mrs. Shaheen Ghafoor (W/o Lt. Col. (Retd) Abdul Ghafoor Dogar) is the subject of succession proceedings following her death on 01-12-2025.

Legal heirs named as per Punjab Letter of Administration dated 13-02-2026 and affidavit dated 09-05-2026 are: Lt. Col. (Retd) Abdul Ghafoor Dogar (PA-7469) (spouse), Muhammad Usman Dogar (son), Sajeela Umar Khan (daughter), Samia Ghafoor (daughter), and Ammara Ahsan (daughter). Any person having objections must file them within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice, otherwise the leasehold rights will be transferred/mutated in the name of the above claimants in the office record.
