NEPRA Seeks Comments on 269 MW JCM Power Hybrid Project Addendum to ISP-2025 (Thatta, Sindh)

The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites public comments on Addendum-II to the Integrated System Plan–2025 submitted by the Independent System and Market Operator (ISMO). The addendum proposes inclusion of a 269 MW hybrid power project (175 MW wind and 94 MW solar) by JCM Power Corporation of Canada to be developed in District Thatta, Sindh, to supply electricity to the K-Electric network. ISMO's communication is dated July 14, 2026.
