National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites e-bids for the procurement of office equipment for its site offices located in various districts of Punjab. Bids are invited from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and general suppliers under the referenced project comprising the following lots (one contract):

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
Deadline for submission: 2026-06-29 up to 11:00 A.M. Bid opening: same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
Important conditions: Bids not fulfilling eligibility criteria, required specifications, or submitted after the due date will not be considered. Payment will be made after deduction of all taxes applicable under prevailing government laws. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
