Tender: Installation of 74 Pressure Pumps — PHE Division Lakki Marwat (ADP No. 250725)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites e-bids through E-PADS on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for installation works under the Lakki Area Development Project (to be funded from 15% Oil & Gas Royalty) — ADP No. 250725.

Eligibility and conditions:

• Bidders must be registered with: E-PADS; Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA); Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) (Status shall be Active); and FOR (Status shall be Active) as stated in the notice.
• Submit 2% bid security as CDR and any additional security required by the cited KPPRA notification.
• If a bidder quotes more than 20% below the estimated cost, the bid must be accompanied by detailed rate analysis or required additional security; otherwise the bid will be declared non-responsive and bid security forfeited.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids (Rule-47 of KPPRA 2014).
• All other terms and conditions as per KPPRA Rules, PEC, SBDs and other relevant provisions.
