Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate. Subject: Invitation to e-Bids for provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile & SSWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for 2026–2029 (Tender No. SLAWS-2026-2029).
Eligibility: Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and hold a valid operator license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Bidding documents (Single Stage + Two Envelopes procedure) and detailed terms will be available from 2026-06-15 at www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. All bidders are advised to monitor that site for schedules and addenda. EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk is recommended as manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
