FESCO Tender: Supply of 400 kVA & 630 kVA Distribution Transformers — Bid Deadline 2026-07-02

Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). Purpose: Procurement of distribution transformers through e-bidding under FESCO local funds.

Eligibility: WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers, duly pre-qualified/registered in Category M-1, with valid prototype, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Prices to be quoted in local currency inclusive of all taxes/duties and exclusive of General Sales Tax; no foreign exchange element.

Bidding documents, specifications, and terms are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-02 at 11:00 AM (EPADS). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.

Original bid security instrument MUST be submitted physically to the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; failure to do so will result in the bid not being opened.
