C&W Division Swabi-II Tender: Completion of Balance Work at GPS Ayub Khan Kalli (ADP No. 1742/250730)

The Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Swabi-II, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids on the EPADS (https:/kp.eprocure.gov.pk) under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the completion of balance work at GPS Ayub Khan Kalli. ADP reference and procurement is under Tobacco Cess funded Development Initiatives (ADP No. 1742/250730 [2025-26] [PK-52]).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bid solicitation documents and instructions can be downloaded up to one day before the opening date from EPADS (https:/kp.eprocure.gov.pk).

- Completed details of bid security in the shape of CDR / Bank instrument including bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s) must be submitted electronically with the e-bid on EPADS.

- All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the Finance Act, 2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. XXI of 2013).

- E-bids must comply with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10-05-2022.

- Participating contractors must submit updated FBR (Active Status), KPRA (Active Status), PEC license and C&W enlistment copies for the current financial year for each work on the day of tender opening.
