Tender Notice: Procurement of Hospital & Office Furniture — Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi

Issuer: Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex (MTI), Swabi. Bids are invited for procurement of hospital and office furniture. Submission is via EPADS by the stated deadline; bid opening will follow in presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key instructions and dates:

- Last date/time for upload on EPADS: 2026-10-20 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room.

- Bid security must be submitted from the account of the firm/bidder/contractor submitting the bid in favor of Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi. Pay Orders (PO) will not be accepted as bid security. The firm should submit the original bid security and original stamp papers in hard copy.

- Only typed tenders on original company letterhead, signed and stamped on every page, will be accepted. Handwritten tenders are not acceptable. Tenders must follow hospital specifications; alternate rates will not be accepted.

- Rates shall be valid until 2027-06-30 as per KPPRA Rule 31(A) Framework Contract.

- Taxes (Income Tax, stamp duty, General Sales Tax or any other government taxes) will be charged as per rules.

- A detailed list of specifications/BSDs can be obtained from Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI, Swabi websites: www.gkmcs.edu.pk or www.bkmcs.edu.pk and is also uploaded on EPADS.

- Rates will be applicable for BKMC, GKMC, NCN, THQ Hospital Topi and THQ Hospital Chota Lahor Admin Block.

- No additional documents will be entertained after tender opening. BKMC reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
