Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate). Invitation to e-Bids for provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile and SSWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for 2026–2029. Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and hold a valid Operator license from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Bidding documents (Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure) with detailed terms, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria and submission instructions will be available from 2026-06-15 at www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. All prospective bidders should monitor that website for updates and addenda. Manual (hard copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements; firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
