FESCO Tender: Supply of 400 kVA & 630 kVA Distribution Transformers — Bids by 2026-07-02

Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). FESCO invites e-bids under local funds using Single Stage - One Envelope procedure for supply of distribution transformers as per WAPDA/PPMC drawings and specifications (amended to date).

Eligibility: WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers, duly pre-qualified/registered in Category M-1, having valid prototype, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List.

Pricing: Rates must be quoted in local currency, inclusive of all taxes/duties and exclusive of General Sales Tax; no foreign exchange element is allowed.

How to bid: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-02 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad. Bid security: The original Bid Security Instrument MUST be submitted to the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; failure to submit the original instrument will result in disqualification of the respective bid.
