Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Testing of Flood Lights & Poles at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Islamabad – Bid Due 2026-06-30

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. Notice inviting bids for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flood lights and poles at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Pakistan Sports Complex (PSC), Islamabad.

How to apply: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from eprocurement.gov.pk. Tender notice is also available on the Pakistan Sports Board website and sports.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted through ePADS with complete information; manual submission will not be entertained.

Eligibility & required documents: Registered contractor/constructor with PEC in relevant codes with up-to-date renewal; National Tax Number/Proof of firm on ATL; registration with professional bodies (PEC); list with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi-government, or government organizations; name, address, telephone/fax, email and branches office details; affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted or in litigation with any government/ autonomous agency.

Bid security notes: If a bid/rate quoted is more than 10% below the engineer estimate, additional bid security will be sought from the successful bidder up to the extent of the bid below 10% in the form of CDR/Pay Order. Successful bidder must produce additional bid security within seven (07) days of issuance of letter of acceptance or the bid security shall be forfeited and legal action may follow.
