International Islamic University, Islamabad invites sealed tenders (item-rate basis) from well-reputed established contractors registered with PEC (C-6) or above for the following works. Tender documents and submission are via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). The University follows the PPRA single-stage single-envelope procedure.

How to apply / submit bids:
- Submit bids on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) only. Tender documents are also available on the IIUI and PPRA websites.
- Bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-06-30 at 11:00 a.m.; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Bidders must also submit hard copies of their bids (with the original CDR) plus copies of valid PEC registration and Income Tax Certificate; failure to provide these will result in cancellation of the bid.
Other conditions:
- Tenders shall remain valid for three (03) calendar months after opening.
- The University reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning a reason.
