IBA Karachi Tenders: Fire Hydrant System (CW/30/25-26) & 117.12 kWp Carport Solar System (CW/31/25-26)

Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and authorized distributors registered with relevant tax authorities for the following works. Tender documents are available from the Office of Head of Procurement, Ferozuddin & Sons/Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi on any working day (Monday to Friday). Documents can also be downloaded from the IBA tender portal and the SPPRA ePADS system. Tender challan must be generated from the IBA tender web page and deposited in any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bids (duly signed and stamped) along with copy of earnest money and supporting documents must be uploaded through the SPPRA ePADS system (www.eprocure.gov.pk). The original bid security and original signed bid must be delivered to IBA Karachi before the bid opening. Bid security (Pay Order or Demand Draft) should be in favor of "IBA Karachi."

Special note: Equipment offered for the Fire Hydrant System must comply with NFPA-20 specifications; alternative proposals will not be acceptable. Only uploaded bids with supporting documents will be accepted; in case of contradiction between the uploaded ePADS bid and any manually submitted bid, the uploaded ePADS bid will be considered valid for evaluation. IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2000.
