LESCO EOI: Hiring Firm for Deployment/Outsourcing of ALM – Bid Deadline 2026-06-23

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).

Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for hiring a reputable firm for deployment/outsourcing of ALM in LESCO. LESCO provides electric supply services to more than 7.28 million valued consumers within the geographical areas of Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara and Nankana Districts.

Procurement method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
