Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Flood Lights & Poles Installation at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination). Invitation to tender for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flood lights and poles at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from eprocurement.gov.pk. Tender notice is also available on the PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete information.

Required documents and eligibility:

• Name, address, telephone/fax, email address and branches (if any).
• National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL.
• Registration with professional bodies (e.g., PEC) and list/photocopies of enlistment with private, semi-government and government organizations.
• Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted or in litigation with any government/autonomous agency.

Special conditions:

• If bidder quotes more than 10% below the engineer's estimate, additional bid security shall be sought from the successful bidder up to the extent of the bid below 10% in the form of CDR/Pay Order. The successful bidder must provide the additional bid security within seven (07) days of issuance of the letter of acceptance; failure may result in forfeiture of bid security and legal action.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage subject to PPRA Rules.
