NHA Tender SLAWS-2026-2029: Technical Support for Static, Mobile & SSWIM Weigh Stations (2026–2029)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate. Tender No.: SLAWS-2026-2029. Purpose: Provision of technical support to upkeep static, mobile & SSWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for 2026–2029.

Key requirements and procurement procedure:

- Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear as active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Bidders must hold a valid Operator license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Method of procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelopes.
- Bidding documents and detailed terms (submission, bid security, bid validity, opening, evaluation criteria) will be available on the NHA e-bidding portal from 2026-06-15: www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk.
- All bids are e-Bids; bidders are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual (hard-copy) bids are being eliminated.

Submission and opening:

- e-Bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-07-02 until 1100 Hours.
- Technical e-Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours.
