LESCO EOI: Hiring Firm for ALM Deployment/Outsourcing — Bid Deadline 2026-06-23

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for hiring services of a firm for deployment/outsourcing of ALM in LESCO. LESCO is the power distribution company serving consumers in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara and Nankana districts.

Selection Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit proposals through the PPRA-EPAD 2.0 system (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
