Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites bids (Expression of Interest) from reputable and eligible bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 for hiring services of a firm for deployment/outsourcing of ALM in LESCO. Selection will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Key requirements: bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments. E-bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and TORs are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk and on LESCO's website www.lesco.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted through the PPRA-EPADS 2.0 system.
