Pakistan Railways Quetta Division E-PADS Tenders for Bridge Repair and Painting Supply (Closing 2027-07-07)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Divisional Office Quetta. Invitation for sealed bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for works on Quetta–Sibi section. Bidding documents available free at http://eprocure.gov.pk and tender notices on PPRA and Pakistan Railways websites.

Eligibility: Firms with fresh renewal of PEC licence i.e. CE-06 and specialization code CE-02 or CE-10; registered/cleared with Sales & Income Tax Department; active on ATL of FBR.

Bid submission: Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS by 12:00 hours on 2027-07-07. Scanned copy of bid security (CDR/Pay Order in the name of DAO/P.R Quetta; firm/agency name on call deposit mandatory) must accompany the uploaded bid. Original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Engineer-II, P.R. Quetta (Work Accounts Branch) along with other required documents as per bidding documents.

Bid opening: Bids will be opened on 2027-07-07 at 12:30 hrs in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, P.R. Quetta in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend. Only bids submitted through E-PADS will be accepted.
