SNGPL Tender Notice No.27/2026 — Supply of Factory Bend (54 Nos) and Extended Tender Closures

Issuer: Sui Northern Gas (SNGPL), Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Open competitive tenders are invited for supply of equipment. Tenders close at 14:30 hours and will be opened publicly at 15:00 hours on the dates shown below. Tender documents for international tenders can be purchased up to one day before the opening date from 11:00 to 12:30 hours on any working day; local tenders are obtained via PPRA's website through EPADS.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

• Procurement will follow open competitive PPRA rules for international and local bidders.
• Tender fee (only for international tenders): Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable) by pay order/demand draft in favor of SNGPL.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated value (excluding GST) as specified in tender documents.
• Local manufacturers/suppliers must provide valid Sales Tax Registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax certificates when requesting purchase of tender documents.
• For local tenders, bids must be submitted on EPADS. In addition, an original/duplicate set of the bid quoted on EPADS together with the original bid bond must be submitted on or before the closing time/date of the tender enquiry.
