Tender: Supply, Repair & Services for Category D Hospital Mattani, Peshawar – Bids by 07-Aug-2026

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Category “D” Hospital Mattani, Peshawar invites sealed bids (single-stage, single-envelope) from firms registered with income tax, sales tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa revenue authority for supply of medical items, equipment, furniture, repairs, maintenance and related services for 2026–2027. Complete quotations must reach the office of the MS Cat-D Hospital Mattani / Chairman HMC Cat-D Hospital Mattani, Peshawar by registered courier before 07-August-2026; bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders or their representatives.

Bid documents and item list are available from the MS office during working hours on written request. Bidders must hold valid income and sales tax certificates for 2026–27, submit computerized bid documents (no handwritten or loose papers), and comply with KPPRA Rules 2014. The contract will be valid until 2027-06-30; the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids and the lowest compliant bid will be considered.
